President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih officially inaugurated the newly completed FENAKA office and children's park on Dhiyamigili Island on Sunday. The facilities, opened during his ongoing visit to the islands of Thaa Atoll, are part of the President's efforts to improve infrastructure and provide recreational opportunities for residents of the island.
The newly inaugurated FENAKA office is a state-of-the-art facility accommodating up to 30 staff members. The children's park, a collaborative effort between the Dhiyamigili Island Council, FENAKA Corporation, and the Ministry of Youth, Sports, and Community Empowerment, was established to provide recreational opportunities for the children residing on the island.
Under President Solih's leadership, the administration has achieved significant strides towards equitable development across all inhabited islands in the Maldives. This includes enhancing the quality of life for citizens and empowering them to lead dignified lives. During his visits to various islands, President Solih is officially inaugurating the completion of numerous projects and services.
