President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih inaugurated the new extension building of the Mulah Health Centre in Meemu Atoll on Sunday during his visit to the island. The new wing will provide improved facilities and services for the residents of Mulah and nearby islands.
After the opening ceremony, President Solih toured the new wing and inquired about the operations and challenges of the Health Centre. The new facility comprises a public health unit, a conference hall, administrative spaces, and a medical store.
President Solih's administration has made significant progress in ensuring equitable development across all inhabited islands in the country. This includes improving the living standards of citizens and enabling them to live dignified lives.
