The Vice President meets Maldivian students at Al-Azhar University

Vice President Faisal Naseem met on Wednesday with the Maldivian student population at Al-Azhar University, Cairo, Egypt.

At the meeting, the Vice President inquired about the student's well-being and education. The students shared with the Vice President their concerns and highlighted challenges related to student loans.

The Vice President spoke to the students about the importance of utilising the opportunity to pursue higher education abroad. He also assured the students of the administration's commitment to seeking solutions to their concerns.

The Vice President is in Egypt to attend the 2022 UN Climate Change Conference (COP27) in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt.
