First Lady Fazna Ahmed has participated in a three-generation walk held in Fuvahmulah City this evening to mark the International Day of Older Persons.
Three Generation Walk, held in Fuvamulah City today, is a social celebration event aimed at uniting parents and grandparents across three generations. The event is part of celebrating the International Day of Older Persons. The walk was held from the Valifannu area to Sports Park in Fuvahmulah City.
Following the walk, the First Lady visited the stalls at the Family Evening held at the Park, watched children's dance performances, and spent time with participants of all ages. Many families attended the walk and Family Evening from across three generations in Fuvahmulah City.
The First Lady was accompanied at the walk and Family Evening by the Ambassador of Japan to the Maldives, H.E. Takeuchi Midori, Minister of Gender, Family and Social Services, Aishath Mohamed Didi and Fuvahmulah City Mayor Ismail Rafeeq.
