As part of her ongoing trip, First Lady Fazna Ahmed on Friday morning made home visits and met with the eldest male and female citizens residing in Fuvahmulah City.
During these visits, the First Lady inquired about their well-being and spoke with them on a range of topics. She visited two of the eldest senior citizens from the list of ten seniors who are scheduled for visits under the program.
The First Lady is currently in Fuvahmulah City to participate in the activities held in Fuvahmulah City to mark the International Day for Older Persons at a national level.
On Thursday, the First Lady attended the official ceremony held to mark the International Day for Older Persons and attended the closing of the Ground Golf Tournament held to celebrate the day.
