Vice President Faisal Naseem on Thursday stated that the administration had strategised the implementation of its decentralised development policy for its significance and benefit to the people. He made the remarks while speaking at the ceremony to inaugurate the Civil Service Digital Transformation Project.
Speaking at the event, Vice President Faisal Naseem highlighted the numerous challenges to ensuring ease of access to public services and spoke about the administration’s efforts to overcome them. He noted that to improve service delivery, the root causes of the problems should be identified and resolved, especially those facing service providers, government offices, and institutions.
Speaking in this regard, the Vice President said that the Civil Service Digital Transformation Project is a significant addition to the administration's efforts to ease access to public services. He also extended his gratitude to all civil servants for their dedication and contributions, stating that they are the driving force behind the implementation of the administration’s policies.
At today's ceremony, the Civil Service Commission's new website was unveiled, and a special video report on the Civil Service Digital Transformation Project was also presented. The Vice President was accompanied at the ceremony by Cabinet Ministers, Members of Parliament, and heads of independent institutions and senior officials from the President's Office.
