Vice President Faisal Naseem has returned to Malé after concluding a visit to the two southernmost Atolls of Addu and Fuvahmulah.
The Vice President’s first stop of the tour was Addu City, where he monitored the progress of the hospital development project at the Addu Convention Centre. Meeting the management and staff of the hospital, he reaffirmed the Administration’s commitment to improving healthcare services across the country.
The Vice President then travelled to Fuvahmulah City, where he officially inaugurated dialysis services at the Gnaviyani Atoll Hospital. He also toured the facility and inquired about its services. The new Dialysis Unit can treat three patients at a time, while the hospital serves an average of 150-200 patients every day.
