Vice President Faisal Naseem has this evening visited the Hotel Asia Exhibition & International Culinary Challenge 2019. The exhibition is held from 7th to 9th October 2019, in Dharubaaruge.
During the visit, Vice President Faisal Naseem met with the organisers of the event and toured the various stalls featuring an array of hospitality products and services. The 15th edition of the exhibition, held this year, features exhibitors and brands from over 45 countries.
Dedicated to connecting hotels and resorts with industry suppliers, the event this year features a total of 160 stalls.
The International Culinary Challenge held as part of the exhibition showcases the talents of 450 chefs this year, competing in 22 different categories. Professionals from 25 different nationalities adjudicate the competition this year. The Hotel Asia Exhibition was first held in 2000.
