Vice President Faisal Naseem has tonight visited Dharubaaruge to check on the relief efforts undertaken by government authorities and volunteers for the tragic fire incident at H. Abadhahfehi Magu last week.
The Vice President met with officials from the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) and volunteers actively involved in the relief efforts and inquired about the progress of relief efforts.
Speaking to the volunteers, Vice President Faisal Naseem expressed gratitude, stating that volunteers had gathered within a short amount of time and had played a major role in assisting the authorities and during relief efforts.
The Vice President thanked all volunteers for always being at the forefront of relief efforts.
