Vice President Faisal Naseem met with Haa Alifu Atoll MP's and senior officials from relevant government institutions today.
During the meeting, MPs from 5 constituencies of North Thiladhummathi Atoll briefed the Vice President as well as cabinet ministers and senior officials from relevant government institutions on some of the pressing issues and obstacles encountered in their respective constituencies and discussed potential solutions.
The Vice President noted their concerns and indicated that the government is committed to working together in finding solutions and addressing the problems laid out by the MPs, and noted that one of the aims of the meeting is to improve communication between relevant stakeholders.
