President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has today appointed 5 State Ministers. The ceremony to present the letters of appointment was held at the President’s Office this afternoon.
The State Ministers appointed today are as follows:
1. Mohamed Iaad Hameed as Minister of State for Economic Development
2. Hassan Rasheed as Minister of State for Fisheries, Marine Resources and Agriculture
3. Sheikh Ilyas Jamal as Minister of State for Islamic Affairs
4. Aishath Rasheed as Minister of State for Gender, Family and Social Services
5. Ahmed Mujthaba as Minister of State for Environment
