President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has met with the members of the “Commission on Investigation of Murders and Enforced Disappearances”. The meeting was held at the President’s Office this afternoon.

Speaking at the meeting, President Solih reminded the commission of the massive responsibility upon them. He assured the members, of the administration’s full support and assistance in carrying out their mandate, including facilitating the foreign expertise required in investigating the cases submitted to the commission.

Furthermore, President Solih appealed to all the members of the commission to commence their work with integrity and without discrimination.

At the meeting, members of the commission assured President Solih of their commitment to carrying out speedy work with integrity.
