President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom has inaugurated the sewerage services in the Maamendhoo Island of Haddhummathi Atoll.
At the ceremony, President Yameen unveiled the monument placed to commemorate the inauguration of the island’s sewerage services system.
Prior to the visit, President Yameen visited Hithadhoo Island, and inaugurated the island’s harbour this morning.
During this tour, the President is also scheduled to visit Maabaidhoo Island and inaugurate the island’s harbor. Moreover, the President is also scheduled to visit Gan Island and inaugurate the Thundi District harbour and inaugurate the Haddhummathi link road. Moreover, President Yameen is also scheduled to visit Fonadhoo Island and initiate the island’s water services.
