President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom has this morning inaugurated the “Dhaalu Airport” in Kudahuvadhoo Island. The President is currently on a tour of Nilandhe Atoll.
The Dhaalu Airport was developed with a runway of 1800 meters. A land area of 62 hectares was reclaimed for the airport development project.
Upon arrival in Kudahuvadhoo Island, the President was warmly welcomed by the island's community.
