President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom has inaugurated the harbour of Fainu Island, and attended the ceremony held to mark the completion of the island’s beach protection project. The President is currently on an official visit to North Maalhosmadulu Atoll.
The President was accompanied at the function by Cabinet Ministers, Members of Parliament and senior officials of the government.
