The Minister of Energy of United Arab Emirates, H.E. Suhail Mohamed Al Mazrouei, has paid a courtesy call on President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom last evening, at the Burj Khalifa.
During the call, President Yameen and UAE’s Minister of Energy focused discussions on plans for innovative and environmentally friendly solutions towards addressing the energy requirements brought on by the economic and infrastructure boom in Malé, over the recent years.
President Yameen is on a 3-day Official visit to the United Arab Emirates where he will meet key leaders in order to further strengthen and diversify trade, increase technical and financial assistance, and further accelerate socioeconomic ties between the UAE and the Maldives.
