Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom has this evening attended the closing ceremony of the 12th Drill Competition of the Maldives National Defence Force.

He was received on arrival at Kalhuthukkalaa Koshi by Minister of Defence and National Security Adam Shareef, Chief of Defence Force Major General Ahmed Shiyam and Vice Chief of Defence Force Brigadier General Ahmed Shahid.

Commander-in-Chief, President Yameen awarded the trophy and certificates to the officers and squads who won first position in the different categories of the competition.
