President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom has today inaugurated the mosque, ‘Masjidul Thaqwa’ at North Nilandhe Atoll, Magoodhoo Island. The President is currently on a tour of islands in Mulaku Atoll, and Magoodhoo Island of North Nilandhe Atoll.

‘Masjidul Thaqwa’ inaugurated today is a government funded project, with a cost just above 7.5 million Rufiyaa, accommodating 500 people at once.

The President performed a Sunna prayer upon the inauguration.
