President appoints Aishath Shaheen as a member of “National Award for Special Achievement” Committee

President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom has appointed Ms. Aishath Shaheen as a member of the “National Award for Special Achievement” Committee. Ms. Aishath Shaheen is currently the Deputy Vice Chancellor, Research and Innovation, at the Maldives National University.

Ms. Aishath Shaheen replaces previous committee member, Dr. Mohamed Asim, who has been appointed Ambassador from the Maldives to Bangladesh.
