Vice President Ahmed Adheeb Abdul Ghafoor has met with the people of Velidhoo, of South Miladhummadulu Atoll,during a visit to the island today. the Vice President is currently on a tour of some islands of South Miladhummadulu Atoll.
Speaking to the people of Velidhoo, the Vice President highlighted the ongoing projects undertaken by the Government, and the projects being planned for the development of the island. He noted that development also came with a number of challenges, and reassured that the Government would put in every effort to overcome these challenges and realise the people's aspirations.
