The Cabinet has today deliberated on reforming the drug ‎rehabilitation centers in the country, by adopting a more cost-effective and ‎efficient mechanism for its operations. The Cabinet discussions were held ‎on a white paper presented by the National Drug Agency.‎

At today’s meeting, the cabinet also decided to ratify the second ‎commitment period of the Kyoto Protocol, the ‘Doha Amendment’. The ‎decision was made following deliberations on a paper presented by the ‎Minister of Environment and Energy.‎
