President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom has today met with the Former President and the current leader of the Progressive Party of Maldives (PPM), Maumoon Abdul Gayoom. The meeting was held this morning at the President’s Office.
At the meeting, discussions were focused on current political situation of the country and on the ongoing and planned developmental intiatives of the Government.
Speaking at the meeting, Former President Maumoon assured President Yameen of PPM’s full support in providing the necessary services to the people, as well as in the implementation of the Government manifesto.
