President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom has appointed Ahmed Mohamed as the High Commissioner of the Maldives to India, and Abdulla Hameed as the Non-Resident Ambassador of the Maldives to the United Arab Emirates. President Yameen presented the letters of appointment to the new High Commissioner and Non-Resident Ambassador, at a ceremony held at the President’s Office this morning.
