President Mohamed Nasheed has today met with the United States Pacific Fleet Commander Admiral Patrick M. Walsh. The meeting was held this afternoon at the President’s Office.
Discussions at the meeting were mainly on security issues, including piracy and violent religious extremism, and strengthening bilateral cooperation on combating those issues.
