National Security Council holds discussions on issues of peace and security

The National Security Council, chaired by President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom, has today held discussions on issues of national peace and security.

According to Article 13(a) of the Armed Forces Act, National Security Council should provide advice and consultation to the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces on all matters of national security.
