President ratifies the Fourth Amendment and the Fifth Amendment to the “Maldives Tourism Act”, and the First Amendment to the “Goods and Services Tax Act”

President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom has today ratified the Fourth Amendment to the “Maldives Tourism Act”, the Fifth Amendment to the “Maldives Tourism Act”, and the First Amendment to the “Goods and Services Tax Act”.

The three Acts were passed by the Parliament at its extraordinary sitting on 4th February 2014.

The Acts have been published in the Government Gazette following ratification.
