The Social Council has decided to harmonize the OPD duty at IGMH for all specialist doctors and to make arrangements for follow-up appointments to be given from the consultation room. The OPD services will be available for two shifts and on each shift doctors will work for at least 4 hours. Morning OPD shift will begin at 8am.
The decision was made to cater to maximum number of patients, and to ease the difficulty in obtaining doctors’ appointments at IGMH.
