President Dr Mohamed Waheed and First Lady Madam Ilham Hussain have arrived back in Male’ this morning, on conclusion of their official visit to Palestine.
The President made this visit to officiate the 4th Islamic Conference of Bait Al Maqdis.
During his visit, the Palestinian Government awarded President Waheed the “Star of Palestine” honour. President Waheed conferred the Order of “Nishan Izzuddeen” on Palestinian President, Dr Mahmoud Abbas.
