President Dr Mohamed Waheed has today returned the State Policy on remuneration of Public Officials Bill, and the Prison and Parole Bill, to the People’s Majlis for reconsideration.
The Bills were passed by the People’s Majlis on April 29, 2013.
In a letter sent to the Speaker of the People’s Majlis returning the Bills, the President detailed the main issues noted by the Attorney General regarding the Bills.
