President Mohamed Nasheed and First Lady Laila Ali have this evening departed on a visit to South Korea.
The purpose of his visit is participating in the Business for Environment (B4E) Global Summit to be held in Seoul from 21 to 23 April. B4E Global Summit is the world’s leading international conference for dialogue and business-driven action for the environment.
During his visit, the President will also meet with the President of South Korea to discuss the ways of further strengthening the relations that exist between the Maldives and South Korea.
