Vice President Dr Mohamed Waheed has, yesterday, begun a tour to some islands of South Huvadhu Atoll. Dr Waheed was given a warm welcome on his arrival in Thinadhoo, yesterday evening.
While on tour, Vice President Dr Waheed will participate in the special anniversary celebrations of M. M. Preschool, one of the oldest preschools of Thinadhoo, to be held tomorrow evening.
Dr Waheed will also visit and meet the senior officials and the heads of island development committees of Hoadehdhoo and Madaveli of South Huvadhu Atoll.
