President appoints member to Tax Appeal Tribunal

President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih today appointed Uza Khadeeja Naeem as a Legal Member of the Tax Appeal Tribunal. Uza Khadeeja Naeem earned her Master of Laws (LLM) in Business Law from the National Law School of India University (NLSIU).

Uza Khadeeja Naeem had previously served as the legal officer at the Maldives Broadcasting Commission (MBC), Deputy State Attorney at the Attorney General’s Office, and other senior posts at the Elections Commission (EC). She also served as a lecturer at the Faculty of Sharia and Law of the Maldives National University (MNU).
