This is being released as a gentle reminder to the public that the deadline for nominating candidates for the 2019 National Awards is by 1400 hours on Wednesday 31st July. The National Prize Committee appeals to the public to submit all names of potential nominees through the official forms to the President’s Office.
These forms are available during official working hours at the reception area of the President’s Office. Alternatively, they can be downloaded online at the President’s Office’s website, www.presidency.gov.mv
Similar to previous years, Government Offices and Independent Institutions have the opportunity to nominate names they see fit for consideration. Further, private entities, businesses, and individual parties can submit names availing relevant Government Ministries or State Institutions.
National Awards will be awarded at the Official National Day Ceremony.
