President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has appointed Mr. Ahmed Mujahidh as Deputy Minister of Economic Development, effective 11 July 2019 onwards.
Ahmed Mujahidh is a graduate of Malaysia’s Open University where he completed a Masters in Education. He has previously served as the principal of Imaaduddeen School, and prior to that, as the lead teacher and deputy principal at Iskandhar School. Further, Mr. Mujahidh was also a lecturer at the Maldives National University.
