President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom has on Saturday evening launched two local magazines, “Rumaalu 2” and “3 Hama”. The launching ceremony was held at Muleeaage.
Speaking to the media afterwards, the President appealed to all those working in the media to practice responsible journalism. He also noted the importance of the media maintaining the public’s trust by verifying every piece of article before it being published.
