President Yameen has appointed Ms. Khadeeja Hussain as the Financial Controller. She is appointed to the post at the rank of Deputy Minister.
Khadeeja Hussain has previously served as the Assistant Under Secretary and Assistant Director at the Ministry of Finance and Treasury. She has also served as Accountant, Senior Accountant and Director-Accounts at the Secretariat of the People’s Majlis. She most recently served as the Internal Auditor at the Majlis Secretariat.
Khadheeja holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in the field of Accounting.
