Cabinet decides to hold a special remembrance meeting in memory of the late Dr Abdul Samad Abdulla

The Cabinet has today decided to hold a special remembrance meeting to pay tribute to the distinguished services of Late Foreign Minister Dr Abdul Samad Abdulla.

The Cabinet also decided to hold funeral prayers in absentia in all the inhabited islands of the Maldives for Dr Abdul Samad Abdulla. Further, it was also decided to announce a special scholarship in memory of Dr Abdul Samad Abdulla.

At today’s Cabinet meeting, the members paid tribute to the distinguished services of the Late Foreign Minister.
