National Award for Special Achievement to be presented to 27 recipients

National Awards Technical Committee has selected 27 recipients, this year, for the National Award for Special Achievement.

The recipients of National Award for Special Achievement will be conferred the awards, at a special function that will be held on the evening of August 22 at Dharubaaruge. President Dr Mohamed Waheed will present the awards to all the recipients.
