The Government has today decided that the Maldives Airports Company Limited (MACL) would continue the operation of the Ibrahim Nasir International Airport, and not Male’ International Airport Ltd, which was originally established to take over operations.
The decision was made as the termination of the contract between the Government of Maldives and GMR was currently in the arbitration stage.
